How AI is Being Used by Firm and In-House Leaders Today

The conference features actual use case demonstrations and conversations with users and developers inside firms and law departments. These use cases are being implemented in the everyday practices of law firms and by corporate counsel. They are actual situations where lawyers in firms are using AI to collaborate with clients in-house. In addition to collaboration, AI is used internally to enhance profitability and insure productivity and efficiency gains. ROI impact is just beginning to be understood. Budgeting for ’26 is a top concern. Our panel of experts are in charge of AI strategy at their firms and companies.

Key Themes

  • Practice Innovation: Featuring a discussion by key practice areas includes litigation, transactions, IP, labor and employment

  • Tools and customization. How to make decisions on which tools to buy and which tools to build. How do you augment and customize tools to your particular needs.

  • How to make sure tools are fit for purpose.  What controls are needed to maintain quality

  • Examples of how to collaborate effectively with clients

  • Cooperation between roles by function: COOs, heads of business functions, heads of innovation, CIOs and more

  • Examples of actual use cases implemented in firms today

  • Intellectual property issues including data privacy, ownership, AI containing copyrighted material; training data to avoid hallucination
