Sandpiper Partners LLC is a consulting firm with a difference: it is run by highly successful entrepreneurs who have decades of experience producing solutions and additional profits for law firms, law departments, legal vendors and information providers serving the legal industry. Sandpiper also helps universities expand their programs for law firm and law department management.

Utilizing project management techniques and analytical approaches honed on hundreds of assignments, Sandpiper professionals apply their more than 30 years of experience to get results in an affordable and time sensitive way.

Sandpiper has assisted a wide array of clients both in the United States and London on strategy, surveys, marketing, business development, talent, publishing, conferences/briefings and other educational projects. Its clients include a legal publisher, major accounting firm, a software company, law firms, leading universities, large financial institutions/banks and an electronic discovery company.

Its principals, Stephen Glasser and Lynn Glasser, developed the first executive MBA degree program for business executives and partners at law firms, the SUNY Stony Brook University College of Business Executive MBA. They recruited the chairman, managing partners, executive committee members and executive directors of 23 major law firms to advise on the development of the curriculum, teaching approach, and schedule for this undertaking which graduated its first class in May 2008 at Stony Brook’s Manhattan campus. In 2009-2010 they helped Montclair (NJ) State University School of Business with the development and launch of its new Institute of Advanced Legal Management and its certificate programs.
